Baked Ritzed Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Place butter in baking dish.
  2. Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt.
  3. Stir egg to a smooth liquid.
  4. Coat chops in crumbs.
  5. Dip in egg and again in crumbs.
  6. Bake 30 minutes at 400° turning over chops half way through.
