Baked Pork Chops in Onion-Sour Cream  Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown chops and move to a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Leave 1 tablespoon drippings in pan. Add to pan the flour and onion soup mix. Blend in water. Pour over chops in baking dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and continue to bake for another 30 minutes.
  6. Remove pan from oven.
  7. Remove chops from pan to serving dish and then add in the sour cream to the liquid in the pan to make gravy.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Serve with potatoes or noodles.
