Baked Onion-Mushroom Steak

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs round steaks
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix

Directions:

  1. Place steak in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour mushroom soup and 1/2 c water over steak and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
  3. Cover and bake at 325 for 2 hours.
