An easy way to get delicious flavor from a tougher cut of meat. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs round steaks |
salt and pepper |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (8 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Place steak in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2. Pour mushroom soup and 1/2 c water over steak and sprinkle with onion soup mix. 3. Cover and bake at 325 for 2 hours. |
