Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cup milk
  • 3-4 slice bread
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Saute sausage and drain. Beat eggs with milk, salt, & mustard. Layer in flat dish-bread on bottom, add sausage evenly, then add cheese on top. Pour in egg mixture and cover. Refrigerate over night. Bake at 350, uncovered, 1 hour.
