Ingredients:
1 pound(s) pork sausage |
6 eggs |
2 cup(s) milk |
3-4 slice(s) bread |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
1 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute sausage and drain. Beat eggs with milk, salt, & mustard. Layer in flat dish-bread on bottom, add sausage evenly, then add cheese on top. Pour in egg mixture and cover. Refrigerate over night. Bake at 350, uncovered, 1 hour. |
