Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix all cake ingredients together but crab meat and oil.
  3. Gently toss in crab meat and form 8 patties.
  4. Place on sprayed sheet pan then sprinkle each lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve on a bed of lettuce with choice Remoulade Sauce Tartar / Seafood Sauce Salad Smokey Tartar Sauce.
