Bacon Wrapped Shrimp With My Own Lime Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. My favorite I created many years ago:
  2. Lime-Orange Sauce
  3. Mix 2 cups of orange juice with the juice of 1 lime
  4. 1/4 tsp. ground ginger (go easy on the ginger add a little and then go from there it is powerful and doesn't take much for some people)
  5. 2 tbs. honey
  6. Mix all together well
  7. Serve this as a dipping sauce for the shrimp.
  8. This can also be used for a cooking sauce on salmon
