Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place 4 slices of bread with crusts removed into greased square pan.
  2. Put slice of cheese on each piece of bread then place asparagus evenly on top of cheese.
  3. Top each with another slice of bread.
  4. Mix egg, milk, salt, pepper and mustard then pour over bread.
  5. Let refrigerate overnight.
  6. Sprinkle top with additional grated cheese and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
