  1. Put griddle on high, splash one tablespppn of olive oil, place asparagus and cook for 2-3 minutes till wilted. heat remaining olivedoil in a frying pan and fry eggs to your liking, in 4 plates devide the sliced tomatoes, put 5 asparagus in each plate. put few sliced of the baguettes and place an egg on top...put some of the garlic mayo on top of the asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper......
