Ingredients:

  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Gradually blend soy and mayo. Stirring constantly add remaining ingredients.
  2. Marinate 4-6 chicken breasts for 2 hours or longer in fridge. Grill approx. 5 minutes each side.
