Acorn Squash With Honey

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium acorn squash
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut each squash in half,remove seeds & place the 4 halfs cut side up in a baking dish filled with 1/2 inch water.
  3. Put 1 tablespoon each of honey,butter & 1 teaspoon of sherry in the center of each piece.
  4. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  5. Bake for 40 minuites or until tender when pricked with a fork.
