Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend smooth.
  2. Use to top zucchini or seaweed noodles.
  3. Top with basil and chopped rosemary.
