Another Ani Phyo recipe from her blog for all the raw foodies out there! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes |
1 medjool dates, pitted |
1 teaspoon oregano, dried |
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, fresh |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/3 cup olive oil |
2 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend smooth. 2. Use to top zucchini or seaweed noodles. 3. Top with basil and chopped rosemary. |
