Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 medjool dates, pitted
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, fresh
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend smooth.
2. Use to top zucchini or seaweed noodles.
3. Top with basil and chopped rosemary.
