  2. Add water, ketchup and mustard.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in 2 cups uncooked Minute rice.
  5. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover; cook on low heat 5 minutes.
