15 Minute Cheeseburger Rice

This dish is very kid friendly and super quick and easy.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 3/4 cups water
2/3 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
2 cups uncooked minute white rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain.
2. Add water, ketchup and mustard.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Stir in 2 cups uncooked Minute rice.
5. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Cover; cook on low heat 5 minutes.
