Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 400 peel and quarter zucchini lengthwise remove seeds cut in slices cook till tender not mushy in water drain thoroughly mix all other ingredients add to zucchini mixture pour into pie shell dot with butter cover with top crust bake at 400 for 40 to 50 minutes
