Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 oz ham
  • 1 1/2 oz turkey
  • 1 1/2 oz swiss cheese

Directions:

  1. Toss lettuce with chickpeas, mushrooms, and celery.
  2. Dress, toss.
  3. Add meat and cheese.
