Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/4 cups white bread flour
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to bread machine in this order.
  2. Cook on basic cycle.
  3. Enjoy!
