Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200c/400f/gas mark 6.
  2. Brush garlic with olive oil.
  3. Put on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes
  4. Peel and mash.
  5. Mix all ingredients together and season to taste.
