Yoghurt, Garlic and Soy Dressing |

A real all rounder, use with meat, fish, veggies or tofu as a marinade or sauce. Ingredients:
1 garlic clove |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
290 ml natural yoghurt |
1 tablespoon light soy sauce |
2 teaspoons sesame oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 200c/400f/gas mark 6. 2. brush garlic with olive oil. 3. put on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes 4. Peel and mash. 5. Mix all ingredients together and season to taste. |
