Wow Those Are Some Super Spicy Deep Fried Mushroom...

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt shortening in hot skillet.
  2. Wash and dry mushrooms,set aside.
  3. Add 1/2 the spices plus hot sauce to egg mixture.
  4. Combine remaining spices w/cornmeal and flour.
  5. Dip whole mushrooms in egg,then in flour mixture.
  6. Deep fry until dark-golden brown.
  7. Blot on paper towels and sprinkle w/hot sauce or dip in ranch dressing.
  8. Yowser-too yummy!!!
