Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, garlic, and herbs in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together oil and vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the oil/vinegar mixture over the veggies and let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  4. Stir them well and add mozzarella and bread.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
