Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the first 6 ingredients.
  3. Put in a greased 8x8 pan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until light brown.
  5. Cool.
  6. Add filling on top.
  7. For topping, beat egg whites till stiff peaks form.
  8. Add sugar gradually.
  9. Then add flavouring.
  10. Place on top of filling and sprinkle with dessicated coconut.
