Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse rice well, several times.
  2. Combine rice, mushrooms, onions& garlic in a 3 quart casserole, and season to taste.
  3. Pour in the broth, cover.
  4. Bake at 350F for apprx 1 1/2 hours.
