  • 500 g potatoes
  • italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  2. Dip in melted butter.
  3. Roll in Italian seasoning.
  4. Place on baking tray.
  5. Bake in oven for 45 mins to an hour.
