Warm Green Bean Potato Salad With Bacon

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and dice potatoes and place in large bowl. Add the rest of the veggies.
  2. Combine all the dressing ingredients along with the bacon drippings, mix well, pour over potatoes and veggies.
  3. Chop bacon coarsely and sprinkle over salad.
  4. Taste, add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve at room temperature.
