Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour , almonds , sugar. Cut in cold butter till mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add egg yolks and form the dough into a ball. Chill 1 hour.
  2. Roll the dough into marbles by hand, and then form into crescents, or just press any kind of nuts in the center (I use hazelnuts or pistachio) , or you can shape a 8 cm long log with 2 cm width and slightly press all along with a fork and cut into small bites. See the step by step pictures..Bake for 8 – 10 minutes at 360 F. Dust with powder sugar when cooled.
