Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the mushrooms, Monterey Jack cheese, and bacon.
  2. Stir in the sour cream, blending well.
  3. Blend in the Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
  4. Place the mixture in a 1-quart casserole and top with the bread crumbs.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  6. Place in a chafing dish and serve hot.
  7. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Tomatoes, bell peppers, chili peppers, breadsticks.
