Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. Heat almond milk in the microwave.
  2. Stir in the cinnamon, tumeric and Ginger.
  3. Drizzle honey on top.
  4. Enjoy and sleep well.1.
