Turkey Or Chicken Chile With Beans

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat large pot add oil
  2. Fry peppers and onions for a few minute until onions start to clear
  3. Add meat and cook through, about 5 mts
  4. Add garlic, chile powder, cumin and cocoa powder
  5. Stir for about a minute
  6. Add tomato puree and vinegar (hot sauce to liking)
  7. Bring to boil then cover and simmer for about 1/2 hour stirring occasionally
  8. Add beans and let heat through for about 5 mts
  9. Serve in bowls
  10. Garnish with chopped fresh tomato and cilantro
