Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium pot, bring potatoes, carrots, onion, chicken broth and salt to boil.
  2. Reduce heat.
  3. Cover and simmer untill potatoes are just tender, Do Not Drain, mash slightly with fork.
  4. Add Milk.
  5. In a seperate bowl, mix melted butter, flour, parsely, pepper and garlic powder.
  6. Stir untill fully mixed.
  7. Stir mixture into potato soup.
  8. Continue cooking and stirring over medium heat until think and bubbly.
  9. To make this a loaded potato soup, add crumbled bacon or bacon bits, chopped chives, sour cream and grated cheddar cheese when serving. YUMMY!
