Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 (8 oz) can whole kernel corn
  • 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 (8 oz) can olives
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese

Directions:

  1. Brown onion and meat. Drain. Add seasonings and stir well. Pour into greased casserole pan. Add olives and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for one to one and a half hours.
