Tahini Blueberry Blender Ice Cream (Raw Food)

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup nut milk
  • 1 peaches or 1 mango
  • 4 tbsp tahini , to taste
  • 6 dates , to taste

Directions:

  1. Using only enough nut milk to make the blades spin, put all ingredients in blender or food processor, & puree on high until creamy.
  2. Spoon into bowl & enjoy!
