Directions:

  1. Heat taco meat in a pan
  2. Whisk eggs and milk together
  3. When eggs are halfway cooked add taco meat and cheese
  4. When eggs are almost cooked throught fold omelette
  5. Finished when golden brown
  6. Optional: top with sour cream, advocado, and salsa
  7. Enjoy!
