Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place cracked wheat in a bowl and cover with 2 cups of boiling water.
  2. Soak covered for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine bulgar, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, garlic, parsley, mint, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  5. Toss and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  6. Toss again before serving.
