Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius.
  2. Cut sweet potato into thin strips (julienne).
  3. Toss sweet potato with oil, garlic, cheese and pepper.
  4. Place potato in a single layer on a tray lined with non-stick paper.
  5. Bake 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
