Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. FILLING: Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla, 1/2 cup butter and coconut in large bowl until well blended. Pour mixture into greased 8x8 casserole dish.
  3. TOPPING: Mix pecans, brown sugar, butter, and flour in bowl until ingredients are incorporated. Crumble over the sweet potato mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
