Sweet n Sour Corn And Sprouted Moong

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Fry the sprouted green gram and corn in it for 3 minutes.
  3. Add boiled pasta and salt to taste.
  4. Mix well and transfer to a bowl.
  5. In the same pan, pour soya sauce, vinegar, chilli garlic sauce, tomato ketchup and spring onions.
  6. Mix well.
  7. In a small bowl, combine cornflour in 2 tbsps.
  8. Of cold water.
  9. Pour it into the pan.
  10. Cook for 1 minute.
  11. Remove from flame.
  12. Mix the soya mixture in the corn bowl.
  13. Add chopped cabbage, green chillies, onion slices and corriander leaves.
  14. Mix well and serve hot.
