Sweet Hawaiian Chicken (Crock Pot)

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz mandarin oranges (1 medium can)
  • 12 oz pineapple (1 medium can)
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Toss all ingredients together in Crock Pot. Heat on Medium for 4 hours or on High for 2.5 hours.
  2. Use cutlets instead of breasts to make this into an appetizer type serving.
