Sweet and Sour Crock Pot Chicken

Directions:

  1. Place vegetables in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle with tapioca and add chicken. In a separate bowl, combine pineapple, splenda, vinegar, soy sauce & spices. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or 4-5 hours on high. Serve over rice.
