Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare bit size meatballs
  2. Mince 1 medium onion and slowly brown in a little olive oil until brown (caramelized) - put aside
  3. Add meatballs and brown the meatballs
  4. Drain off majority of fat leave pan drippings stir in about 2 tbs of flour then slowly add beef broth (about 1 cup)
  5. Season with worchester sauce shot of ketchup.
  6. Simmer 10 minutes, with a fork scrape bottom of pan, season to taste
  7. Add meatballs to sauce and simmer for about additinal 1-2 hours.
  8. Add cream to serving dish, then slowly add meatball/sauce mixture (this way cream doesn't turn)
