Ingredients:

  • 4 medium. oranges
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pecan halfs
  • 1 tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 cup oil ( salad)

Directions:

  1. Salad-
  2. Cut and arrange peeled orange cartwheels on platter. Place watermelon cubes on platter .( chill). Slice bananas and strawberries and arrange. top with pecan halfs serve with pink
  3. Pink lemon dressing.

  5. Combine all ingredients in blender mix and chill thoroughly before serving. makes 1 cup( appro.)
