Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. On floured surface, roll out pastry dough to 1/8 inch thick
  3. Cut with floured heart shaped cookie cutter, different sizes if possible
  4. Put on baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake for 8-10 minutes
  5. Remove to cooling rack
  6. Brush lightly with water
  7. Sprinkle with sugar
  8. In mixing bowl, add fruits and 1/4 cup sugar and blend
  9. In another mixing bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken
  10. Add remaining sugar and beat until soft peaks form
  11. Fold sour cream into whipped cream
  12. Put into serving bowl
  13. Put dip bowl onto a serving platter
  14. Spoon berries onto platter and top with puff pastry hearts
