Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the apricots and raisins in water 8-10 mins. or until tender; drain well.
  2. Combine flour with baking powder and baking soda. Add walnuts, pineapple and the apricots and raisins to the dry ingredients; stir to coat.
  3. Beat the eggs with the lemon juice until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until just blended. Fold in the fruit mixture.
  4. Spread batter in a greased 9'' square pan. Bake in a 350F oven for 35 mins. or until golden brown.
  5. While still warm cut into squares and coat in sugar.
