Steamed Baby Bok Choy and Broccoli

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut broccoli head into florets and stems into bite sized pieces.
  2. Cut the leaves off the bok choy and cut the stems into bite sized chunks.
  3. Steam the broccoli and the stems of the bok choy in half a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes or until they are bright green.
  4. Remove lid and boil water out.
  5. Add garlic and oil and stir well.
  6. Add bok choy leaves.
  7. Cover pot briefly til leaves just wilt.
  8. Add ginger and soy sauce.
  9. Stir, then serve.
