Spinach And Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices bacon, cut in halves
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil spinach in salted water for about 15 minutes and drain off water
  2. Put butter and bacon in a frying pan
  3. When bacon begins to get crisp, add the spinach and seasonings
  4. Mix with a fork and let cook for about 2 minutes
