Ingredients:

  • 1 kg mixed sea food (shripms , octopus , calamary. fish, clams , lobster
  • 1 tea spoon crushed black pepper
  • 2 table spoons white veniger
  • 2 tea spoons salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 table spoons olive oil
  • 2 hot green chilli pepper shreded
  • 2 inches fresh root ginger dised
  • 4 onions cut in small pieces
  • 1 large potato diced in small pieces
  • 2 sticks of celery chopped thinly
  • 1/2 cup of celantro chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup parsly chopped finely
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 table spoons white flour

Directions:

  1. Boil the sea food mix in salty water with 2 spoons of vinegar and 1 lemon cut in slices. Boil for 3 minutes, strain and put a side.
  2. Fry the onions, green chilli, garlic, potato in 2 table spoons olive oil
  3. Add salt, black pepper, bay leaves, sugar and 2 cups of hot water and bring to boil.
  4. Add the sea food mix and stirr
  5. Mix milk, flour and wine. Wisk properly and add to the sea food mix.
  6. Stirr for one minute and add the celantro, parsly, celery, ginger and juice of one lemon.
  7. Mix for one minute, remove from the stove and serve.
