Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat the broiler to a medium heat. In a bowl mix together the ginger, honey, worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Brush each pork chop with the mixture and broil for 10 minutes.
  2. Turn the pork chop over and brush with the remaining ginger mixture. Broil for a further 10 minutes.
  3. Serve.
