Spicy Orange Chicken Kabob Appetizers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken and bell pepper into 24 (3/4 inch) cubes.
  2. Place chicken, bell pepper and mushrooms in large zip-lock bag.
  3. Whisk together remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. Seal bag and chill overnight.
  6. Soak 24 small wooden skewers in water 20 minutes.
  7. Coat a broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  8. Drain chicken, reserving marinade.
  9. Thread 1 piece chicken, 1 piece pepper and 1 mushroom on each skewer. Place on broiler pan.
  10. Brush with marinade.
  11. Discard any remaining marinade.
  12. Broil 4 inches from heat source for 5 to 6 minutes, turning, until chicken juices run clear.
  13. Serve immediately.
